These support sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re seeking guidance during pregnancy, preparing your body for birth, planning for postpartum, or simply needing space to talk things through.

Each offering can stand alone or be combined for deeper support. There’s no pressure to commit to full doula care—just thoughtful, grounded support for this season.

How These Services Work

These sessions are intentionally flexible. There is no “right” order and no requirement to bundle or commit beyond what feels supportive to you.

Some families come for a single session—to prepare for birth, to talk through newborn decisions, or to plan for postpartum rest. Others begin with one offering and return as their needs evolve. Both approaches are equally valid.

Each service can be:

  • Booked as a standalone session

  • Combined into a bundle for deeper support

  • Used as a supplement alongside other care providers

  • Revisited as your pregnancy or postpartum season changes

Body-based sessions focus on awareness, balance, and gentle movement—not performance or correction. Planning sessions emphasize flexibility over rigidity. Emotional support sessions offer space without agenda.

You are welcome to show up with certainty or uncertainty, confidence or hesitation, excitement or fear. All of it belongs here.

Support does not need to be all-or-nothing to be meaningful.

If you’re unsure where to begin, that’s okay. Many families don’t know exactly what they need until they have a chance to talk it through.

You’re welcome to start with the service that feels most aligned right now—or reach out for guidance in choosing what might be most supportive for this season. Needs change, and support can change with them.

What Option Is Right For Me?

  • You may prefer individual support sessions if you have one or two specific questions or needs and want focused guidance without ongoing commitment.

    These sessions are ideal if you’re looking for help with a particular area—such as birth planning, newborn decisions, emotional support, body preparation, or postpartum planning—while continuing other care elsewhere or simply wanting support à la carte.

    Individual sessions offer meaningful, intentional support in a single container and can be revisited as your needs change.

  • You may prefer a bundle or package if you’re looking for support that spans more than one area or season.

    Bundles offer a layered approach—combining education, embodiment, and planning—while still allowing flexibility. They’re designed for families who want continuity and structure without rigidity, and who appreciate having support thoughtfully grouped together.

    Packages can also be a helpful option if you’re preparing for both birth and postpartum and want care woven across that transition.

  • You may prefer Body Ready Method® support if you’re seeking gentle, awareness-based movement to support comfort, balance, and confidence in your body during pregnancy or postpartum.

    These sessions focus on how the body works as a whole—addressing the core, pelvis, pelvic floor, upper body, and everyday movement patterns. This is not an exercise program, but a supportive, individualized approach to movement and lifestyle integration.

    Body Ready Method® sessions can stand alone or be combined with other services for more holistic preparation.

  • You may prefer full birth doula support if you’re looking for comprehensive, continuous care throughout pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum.

    This option includes multiple prenatal visits, on-call support leading up to your birth, in-person labor and birth support, and a postpartum visit. It’s best suited for families who want an ongoing relationship, real-time advocacy during labor, and consistent support across the full journey.

    Full doula care offers depth, continuity, and presence—while the other support sessions offer flexibility and focused care.

  • Healing meals prepared with intention

    Postpartum nourishment is about more than convenience—it’s about recovery, replenishment, and care during a time when the body has given deeply.

    These meals are thoughtfully prepared to support healing, digestion, blood-building, energy, and milk production in the early postpartum weeks. Drawing inspiration from traditional postpartum food wisdom and evidence-based nutrition, meals focus on warmth, mineral-rich ingredients, and easily digestible foods that support the body as it recovers from birth.

    Meals often include:

    • Slow-simmered bone broths and soups

    • Protein-rich, grounding dishes that support tissue repair

    • Warm grains and stews that are gentle on digestion

    • Anti-inflammatory ingredients like ginger, garlic, and herbs

    • Comforting, familiar foods made with recovery in mind

    $25-40/meal

    Examples may include nourishing soups and stews, kitchari-style meals, meatballs, recovery-focused vegetable dishes, bone broth, and simple baked goods or snacks designed to support energy and healing.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. These support sessions and packages are available to anyone seeking guidance during pregnancy or postpartum. You do not need to be a full doula client to book individual sessions or bundles.

  • Many sessions are available both in person and virtually. Body Ready Method® sessions are typically offered in person to allow for hands-on assessment and movement guidance. Availability may vary depending on location and scheduling.

  • You don’t need to decide alone. Some families start with a single session, while others prefer a bundle for layered support. If you’re unsure, you’re always welcome to reach out for guidance in choosing what might feel most supportive for your season.

  • Not completely. These sessions focus on awareness, balance, breath, and functional movement—not performance or intensity. The goal is comfort, alignment, and working with the body rather than pushing it. But incorporating helpful movement patterns in will yield better results.

  • Yes. Partners are welcome and always encouraged for sessions such as Birth Planning, Postpartum Planning, and Body Ready Method® support!

  • At this time, services are private pay. Many clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds where applicable.
